Tivis Sutherland is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he studied Law, Political Science and English. As an Army veteran, he has a particular interest in assisting service members and dependents whose liberty is threatened by Government accusations.

Tivis is an experienced criminal defense attorney, with an emphasis on major crimes ranging from drug trafficking to murder. He is a member of the State and Federal Bar in South Carolina.
